Introduction

Eagle Eye announce a contract to supply Saudi Arabia based Electronics company Zonik with a unique Digital Content Download Kiosk solution for their retail stores.

The inital rollout of over 80 kiosks has just been finished.  These kiosks are positioned in Zonik-operated retail stores throughout Saudi Arabia and will allow consumers to browse thousands of albums, music videos and movies and then download them to their portable devices.

The solution is fully integrated with all leading content providers including EMI, Sony, NBC Universal, Warner and Paramount as well as local content providers such as Rotana, Mazzika and Qanawat.

Consumers can then burn their chosen content to CD, transfer via bluetooth or copy to memory cards & USB sticks.  Consumers with Windows Plays4Sure devices can retrieve licenses for their protected content instantly enabling a pay and play scenario.  All non-protected content, such as MP3 content, can also be played instantly.

The kiosk solution allows consumers to preview their content before purchasing onto the device of their choosing.  Content is continually being added to the solution.
