M-GO have gone live with their suite of apps for supporting their digital content storage and access system also called M-GO. In this suite of apps is the PC download and content manager created by Eagle Eye Technology.
Interacting with the M-GO APIs, Eagle Eye Technology built a Silverlight based app that is installed from the main M-GO portal and allows the customer to download content to watch offline at a later date.
The app manages the downloads (allowing the customer to priorities downloads of Movies and TV Shows), handles internet outages and hiccups, stores content locally for offline viewing, allows the customer to manage the space on their hard drive and allows secure playback of the content downloaded.
The app was built to M-GO specifications.
